Melting Section
In the melting section, quality-approved gold of varying purities is combined with tested, high-grade alloys and processed under precisely controlled temperatures and stringent parameters using advanced Italian-manufactured equipment.
Wire Drawing
Gold rods produced from the melting process are subsequently drawn into wires of various sizes and gauges through a precision wire-drawing process, utilizing advanced Italian technology.
Annealing
Gold wires are subjected to annealing to restore the ductility of the metal after hardening during processes like wire drawing. Annealing relieves internal stresses and improves flexibility, ensuring smooth further processing such as forming and linking. Annealing process helps maintain consistent quality while reducing the risk of cracks or breakage.
State of the Art Machine Section
Wires of specified sizes and gauges, meeting required quality standards, are then transferred to our State of the Art chain manufacturing department, which
comprises multiple specialized sections.
Skilled operators utilize advanced Italian machinery to produce high quality
and precise gold ornaments.
We use advanced laser technology in all our joining and welding sections to
produce high-precision chains.
Chain Finishing
In chain finishing, all accessories are affixed to the chains as per particular client requirements with precision.
Coloring
Finished chains are then moved to coloring section, where well researched and time-tested coloring materials are used for giving long lasting colors to our ornaments.
Final Quality Check
Finally, each ornament is subjected to a thorough quality check before handing over to Sales and delivery department.
